Here’s a handy Dairy Free Celeriac Mash recipe for you!
1 Celeriac (~700g)
Butter (50g tops)
Peel the celeriac and cut up into 2-3 cm chunks. Place in a pan/pot, boil with water and season with salt.
After 15-20 minutes, they should be soft (test with a knife or spoon). Drain the water and return the celeriac to the pan with the butter and mash until smooth. Season to taste. Enjoy!
