A simple recipe that provides for a tasteful, calming dish.
Preheat oven to 450° F. Cut off a couple inches of the ends (Or the whitish part of the bottom) and rinse the stalks.
Pat dry and arrange asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with cooking oil.
Season with rosemary sprigs, sea salt, black pepper.
Roast the asparagus on the top rack for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with truffle salt.
