Ingredients:
24 Tiger Prawns
1 Fennel sauteed
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 Lemons, zested and juiced
4 cloves Garlic, grated
1/4 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
Season Prawns with fennel, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper, lemon zest, oil and garlic
Cook Tiger Prawn for about 5 minutes or till it’s done and finish off with lemon juice
