Our Policy for sourcing of seafood:

We source for Sustainable (MSC certified) where possible, but will make available farmed options should the price difference be too great.

For Fresh/Chilled seafood, they would have been only prepared the night before your delivery (never been frozen before). Can be kept in your chiller for 3-4 days. You can also choose to freeze them for up to 3 months

For Frozen items, they would have gone through the Individual Quick Frozen technology immediately after the catch is raised to maintain the taste and texture of freshness. They would then be sent to you with a thermal bag and ice packs. You can then keep it in your freezer for at least 3 months. Do let us know if you have not received them frozen, we will arrange for an replacement for you!
