How does your service work?
We are known for our weekly Seasonal Produce Box! Every week, it’s a different mixture of seasonal produce with bread and butter items. There’s no tie in and you can choose to swap out items you don’t like or add on additional items! Alternatively you can shop and choose your own selection of produce.
Of course, you can also choose to order only items you have selected. (You can even set up a standing order for them!)
How does your Subscription Order feature work?
Add items into your Standing Order list by selecting the “Subscribe” check box at check out (no matter if you are a first time user or a regular customer). These items would recur weekly by default. (Weekly from the day of that order’s delivery).
You can manage your list of Standing Orders (Think: Change frequency, Change Address, Change day/date) when you login and select “My Subscriptions”.
An order will automatically be created for the standing order items a week before delivery, with the cut off time being 2 days before delivery as usual. Any orders that do not meet the minimum will be voided.

How are your items different from what's out there?
Besides selecting items from farms that we trust, we select or ripen the produce from our end as much as possible, so that they arrive to you in the best possible condition. We love our produce, and we want you to enjoy them. We would look through the produce with a pretty fine comb before sending it to you. It’s kinda like when your Mum checks the fish for bones before putting it on your plate!
What days do you deliver?
We have 3 time slots (10am-1pm, 2:30pm-5:30pm and 6pm-9pm) with 2:30-5:30pm being the free delivery slot and we deliver from Tuesdays to Saturdays. (We deliver on Public Holidays as well, with the exception of Lunar New Year!)
We do need a lead time of 2 working days though. (Order by 5pm on Tuesday for Thursday’s delivery!) This is as we try to maximise the freshness of our produce and minimize food wastage by only ordering the amount that we need.
Are there certain days where the produce is fresher?
Nope! Almost all of our produce comes to us every 1-2 days, we are pretty good at storing them and we spend a probably unmatched amount of time and effort to check through every item before sending it to you. (Mistakes can happen though, hah.)
Is there an order deadline?
Yes! 5pm, 2 days before delivery! That means a cut off time of 5pm on Tuesday for a Thursday delivery.
What happens if I can't be home for delivery?
When you are checking out your order, there will be an option to state your preference. The three choices are “Leaving at doorstep”, “Pass to Neighbour” or “Redeliver Next Day, (+$10)”.
How long can I keep my fresh produce for?
For fresh/chilled meat/seafood, we recommend for you to consume them within 3 days. Alternatively, you can freeze the items for up to 3 months. Just beware that the water droplets might affect the texture!
With the fruits and vege, they should last you for a week, but start with the leafy vege and sweet fruits first, they go off quicker and start to be ugly by the 5th day!
What packaging do you use? (any plastic?)
For fruits & vege, we favor using as little packaging as possible, that’s why you will find that for some items ( E.g. Broccoli, Capsicum etc), they come with no packaging. We would like to cut down on packaging wastage wherever we can. That said, if you are not intending to consume it as quickly, do wrap the veggies up with beeswax paper to keep it from going limp!
For leafy items, we tend to wrap it up with our paper packaging to keep it from going limp.
As for the big question; plastic. We use it for less than 10% of our items; namely Berries (Comes with original packaging), Herbs (To retain moisture), Salad Punnet Lids (Its body is biodegradable but we are going with plastic for the lids for now as we are still looking for better alternatives to retain moisture and keep the leaves crisp)
For our meat and seafood, they typically come vacuum packed, with an additional layer to prevent any risk of contamination.
Can I recycle the materials?
Yes, 3 exceptions: Berry Punnets (Original Packaging to prevent squashing and bruising during freight), Herb Bags (To retain moisture and in case of multiple usages), and the lids of our Salad Punnets (The body of it is bio degradable but the lids aren’t, we are going with it for now as it helps to retain moisture and keeps the salad leaves crisp, we are looking for better solutions)!.
But you can reuse them though! You can carry along the herb bags as mini trash bags when you head out and the Salad Punnet Lids as plates!
Where do your produce come from?
For Organic Produce, the items typically come from Singapore (Usually leafy greens), Malaysia and Australia, with just a very small amount from Holland, France and USA.
For Non Organic Produce. Most of our leafy items comes from Australia and Malaysia, with a majority of other items coming from Holland, France and Australia. You can find out where each item is from by clicking on its product page.
Can I choose what comes in my box?
Yessss! You can swap out the items at the checkout page/ at your “Upcoming Orders” tab. We are still in the progress of building a “auto swap out” feature, so you will have to login every week after the box’s contents has been updated (on Saturday 9am) to choose your swaps.
And of course you can go without the seasonal boxes and only add what you would like to the cart.
Do I have to get the box every week?
Nope! After you have made your first box purchase, you can login and head to “My Subscriptions” to choose your frequency. You can also simply cancel just the upcoming order by clicking on “Cancel” while at the “Upcoming Orders” page.
When is order confirmed/payment charged?
Order is charged 2 days before delivery at 12am! If the payment fails, the system will automatically retry again the day before delivery. After which, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Where is my order?
Come January, We will send a tracking link to you via email the day before delivery and update you if there are any changes to the timeslot (due to unforseen circumstances of course!).
What if one of my products has gone off?
Get in touch with us at [email protected] or 93878067!
What do I do if an item is missing from my order?
Please let us know within the day itself via email ([email protected]) or whatsapp/phone call (93878067)
Why are some of the items on my order cancelled?
That’s because they are out of stock! This may be due to a flight being delayed or the produce arriving in a poor condition.
We will send you a text/email the day before delivery to notify you of this, and you can then opt for a replacement (charges/refunds for difference in values apply).
I want to share about the wonderful stuff I am receiving from you guys. How should I go about it?
We will be setting up a referral program come end of January!
What should I do if I am not happy with my delivery?
Gripe about it to Clement. He’s the one behind the customer service number (93878067) and email ([email protected]). The team will then make a big hoo ha and try to find out what went wrong where.
We would figure something out for you pronto then, whether it’s a redelivery or a refund. Our produce means a lot to us and we take a lot of pride in having our produce brighten up people’s days.
That said,do keep in mind that…mistakes can happen/ fresh produce comes with their individual appearance quirks (doesn’t mean it’s not fresh or not ok!)/ and that we haven’t yet hire Superman or Vision to look at the inside of our produce… (Anyone got their linkedin profiles?)
I want to get a gift for my friend, how should I go about it?
You can do so by simply keying in your friend’s address when you are checking out. Do take note that the Seasonal Boxes are recurring weekly by default. So if you are intending to gift it to your friend as a one off, you will have to login and remove it from the account’s list of “Subscriptions”.
