Ingredients:
300 g Borlotti Beans
1 Red Onion
5 or 6 Large Tomatoes
1 glass of wine
extra virgin olive oil
salt
Directions:
Remove beans from pods. Slice the onion and sautee it with olive oil
Chop the tomatoes roughly and add them to the onion. Add the beans
Add the wine and cover with a lid for 40 minutes. Add water if beans are sticking to pod
