Ingredients:
300g Fusilli al feretto
150g Parmigiano Cheese
6 Chili, chopped
3 slices of bread without crust (Or just use bread crumbs)
2 cloves of Garlic
Italian Parsley, chopped
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Mussels (Optional)
Directions:
Cook the Fusilli in boiling salted water
Blend the bread and sautee it in the pan with 1 clove of garlic and oil. Remove Garlic when done, set aside bread bits
Sautee the parsley with 1 clove of garlic then add half of the chili pepper and fusilli and cook for a couple of minutes
Remove and serve with the bread crumbs, grated parmiggiano and remaining chili pepper
