Preheat oven to 400°F
Chop/Pluck the Cauliflower florets. Mix it with the garlic and butter.
Season with salt and black pepper (and paprika if desired). Add the Parmigiano in and mix.
Place the mixture onto the baking tray and roast until almost tender (about 40 minutes).
Serve with Italian Parsley or Chives if desired.
