Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted Butter, divided
300g Pearl Onions, thawed and drained
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
3/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon black Pepper
2 tablespoons chopped Parsley
Directions:
Prep the Pearl Onions first by placing them in a pot of boiling water for about the minute. Then remove them
Cut off one end and squeeze the flesh out. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat
Add the pearl onions and cook for 20 minutes. Add sugar and cook for another 2 minutes
Stir in the balsamic vinegar. Cover, reduce heat, and cook for 25 minutes. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, if pan seems dry
Stir in remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons butter, salt, and pepper. Serve with parsley
