450g white fish (We recommend sea bream, but give it a shot with threadfin or seabass by all means)
Have the fish fillets drown (or swim) in the lemon juice.
Add a wee bit of white pepper.
Place the fish fillet and grapefruit onto the Ice plant petals and enjoy the super delicate dish!
