Easy to prepare and light tasting recipe 🙂
Ingredients:
Vinaigrette
300g Jerusalem Artichokes, scrubbed of dirt
2 ripe but firm Pears-> Cored and Sliced
5 stalks Celery, thinly sliced on the
60g of crumbled Manchego or Goat’s Cheese
â…“ cup (45 grams) toasted and roughly chopped Hazelnuts
zest of 1 Lemon
Directions:
Shave the Jerusalem Artichokes into the Vinaigrette and toss it with the Pear, Celery, Cheese, Nuts. Feel free to add Pomegranate!
Garnish with the Lemon zest, Salt and Celery leaves
