The amazing thing about this tomato is that even while it’s green (we mean literally, when its skin is green!), it is as flavorful as when it’s brown/ripened, but with a twist to its flavor!

Ingredients:
400g Kumatoes
Salad Leaves
1/2 Teaspoon Seasalt
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
1 Tablespoon Honey
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Mozzarella (Optional)
Directions:
In a cup or bowl, whisk the vinegar and honey together until the honey is completely mixed in. Quarter all of the tomatoes and place in a bowl. Mix the tomatoes with the Mozzarella, Salad Leaves, Salt, Parsley. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly.
