Ingredients:
2 Garlic cloves
3 tablespoons chopped Oregano
3 cups Borlotti beans
2 tablespoons EVOO
2 tablespoons Butter
¾ teaspoon sea salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions:
Mince the garlic. Chop the herbs. Boil the beans till soft and set aside
In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds to 1 minute
Add the beans and cook on medium low heat for 5 minutes until warmed
Add the herbs, salt and pepper and cook 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant. Spritz with lemon wedges and serve
