Ingredients:
300 g Nagaimo
1 egg
2 tbsp Flour
1 tbsp Mentsuyu (or sauce of your choosing)
2 tbsp Sesame oil
1/2 tsp Salt
Directions:
Peel and grate the nagaimo, and combine with 1 egg, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 tablespoon mentsuyu, and 1/2 tsp of salt
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, pour in the mixture of grated nagaimo, and cook for 3-4 minutes
Turn over when browned, cover, and steam over low heat for another 3-4 minutes
