Ingredients:
Olive oil
1 Chorizo, sliced
2 cloves of Garlic
8 Mushrooms, sliced
150g Kalettes, sliced
Salt & pepper to taste
Mashed Potato (Diced Potato, Milk, Salt & Pepper, Butter. Microwave for 10 minutes, mix the ingredients and mash it)
Directions:
Add olive oil and sautee chorizo, flipping it occasionally
Add garlic and lower heat. Then add mushrooms
Add kalette and a bit of water and turn up the heat
Serve kalette and chorizo on top of the mashed potatoes when kalette have turned slightly green (3-5 minutes)
