Keep some in your fridge in event of apocalypse!
1 watermelon radish , sliced (into shape that you want)
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar/maple syrup
Grated garlic (optional)
Combine vinegar, garlic and sugar/syrup in a large bowl. Mix well
Add radish and toss. Let it sit in fridge overnight before draining it
Add a pinch of salt onto the radish and toss again right before serving (you can store the rest in your fridge)
