The obsession of our company! These beautiful avos are super duper nutty and creamy, and you would probably find it hard to find ones that are as good or as consistent as ours!
How do we make sure that it's awesome
We avoid getting avocadoes that are not ripened before they are harvested, neither do we pile the avocadoes up (which is responsible for the bruising)! Most importantly, we control the temperature and humidity at each stage of the ripening process.
What we might have missed out
We might over ripen the avocado or fail to take note of the ones that are too dry
Feel the bottom to tell if if it's ready to be eaten (it should be slightly soft). Leave it out in the room temperature if it's not ready. It's fab when paired with a light and sweet mango.
Besides salads and smoothies, how about turning it into avocado fries paired with a garlic dip?
