Ingredients:
500g Rainbow Baby Carrots
45g Butter, melted
60g Honey
18g Sesame Seeds
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment. Mix the butter and honey together and drizzle over the carrots
Roast for 15 minutes. Mix the carrots in the honey butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds and roast for another 15 minutes
Season with salt and pepper.
