Ingredients:
2 ½ inch Nagaimo
1 Tbsp Extra- Virgin Olive Oil
⅛ tsp sea salt
2 tsp soy sauce
Directions:
Peel and slice nagaimo into ½ inch (1.3 cm) thickness. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt
Put the nagaimo slices and sautee for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Flip and do the same for the other side when there is a nice char on the bottom
Add the soy sauce and swirl the nagaimo in the frying pan so that the nagaimo will be evenly coated with soy sauce
Serve when the sauce thickens and nagaimo is nicely charred
