Ingredients:
2 Chayote, peeled and cubed into ½ inch pieces
½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika (also use ¼ teaspoon if you don’t want spicy
¼ teaspoon Tumeric powder
½ teaspoon Cumin powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Coconut oil
½ cup chopped Onion.
1 Garlic clove
Directions:
In a cast iron pan heat coconut oil and add onion and garlic, sautee for about 4-5 minutes
Add chayote cubes, salt, tumeric, paprika and cook for about 8 – 10 minutes
Add pepper and serve
